Follow these simple steps to create your free 4You Health Community profile and start exploring everything our wellness community has to offer. The entire setup takes as little as one minute.

Enter Name, Email and choose a password when prompted

Upload profile pic, fill out bio and click "continue"

*If you’re prompted to enter a 6-digit security code, this is a normal part of our account authentication process. Check your inbox for the email with your code, enter it on the screen, and if you do not see it, check your spam folder.
